ABOUT KEVIN

Osoyoos has always been home for the Primeau Family even though my job as a professional hockey player and coach brought me and my family all over the world. The one ‘permanent’ place the 4 Primeau kids knew was our home on Osoyoos lake. 

We came to Osoyoos for the first time over 30 years ago and instantly knew we would settle down here.  Our first property was up at the Golf course where local developer Bob Knight was just starting a new development south of Osoyoos Golf and Country Club.
 
When the kids came along we realized we wanted to be closer to the lake and bought our current home just north of town on the lake. Since then we have bought and sold various properties on the lake, in town and on anarchist mountain. 

Over the years, my interest in Real Estate as an investor has given me a very good understanding of the Osoyoos market - especially lakefront - and the insights I’ve gained have proven to be a huge benefit in helping others buy and sell property in our area. 
We have been very fortunate to have visited and lived in spectacular places from Switzerland to Japan, and Austria, Germany, Hungary and many more … but without hesitation, we chose to settle in Osoyoos. It truly is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
 
My many travels have afforded the opportunity to pursue one of my passions … the study of languages. I speak fluent German and French and have studied Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian and Japanese.

Of the many highlights of my career in the NHL and professional leagues around the world, the most memorable and special was the Olympics. The dedication and desire to do what it takes to compete with the best has carried me from that experience to my long career as a coach, and now into my new career helping people make some of the biggest decisions of their lives. 

I take my job seriously and strive to provide World-Class service to top-notch clients buying and selling in one the most scenic and spectacular locations on the planet and it would be a real honour to help you achieve your real estate goals!

ANOTHER HIGHLIGHT ... the South okanagan pics & Sticks 2019

What an awesome experience to team up with Canadian Country music star, Gord Bamford to support local youth and charitable causes in the South Okanagan. 

The event was the first of its kind in our area with a perfect mix of sports and music. We enjoyed a charity hockey game: Edmonton Oilers Alumni versus The Alumni, with the opportunity to play alongside NHL alumni like Glenn Anderson, Chris Joseph, Marty McSorley, Ron Lowe and country music stars like Gord Bamford, Dallas Smith, Aaron Pritchett and Chad Brownlee, an 18 hole golf tournament at the Sonora Dunes Golf Course, and of course a banquet and concert at the Spirit Ridge Resort in Osoyoos. 

In partnership with the South Okanagan Youth Foundation we were fortunate to raise funds for charities including the Children’s Miracle Network, Make-A-Wish Foundation British Columbia, Basic for Babies, and the area’s minor hockey associations. All of this was possible because of the incredible community support and tireless volunteers who made the event a huge success. Thank you everyone!
